If this season I hope Leeds can help find Gibson another SL club perhaps by way of a part-ex deal like Wigan and Warrington did with Mathers and Gleeson.

If it's for 2010 then Gibson will be out of his present Leeds contract and free to persue his career wherever he and his agent see fit. He may yet be offered an extension by Leeds who have already stood by him for the past two injury filled seasons.

Not at all. Both sides need to be honourable. Leeds finding Gibson an alternative club (if he's still under contract) while fulfilling their first obligation which is to the Leeds club would be a honourable thing to do.

A right centre could be brought in without any need for Gibson to leave immediately anyway and he could retain his place in the squad until his contract expires in November.
