have you tryed a different data cable? a broken connection could be the problem

even less got sent across,down to 30 now! knackered methinks

maybe the flash memory is corrupted. try running a scan of the ipod or format the ipods memory

what opreating system are you using?

in what way? not meaning to be thick,i just plug it in and away i go

open up my computer, you will see in the section thats titled, devices with removable storage, you should see your ipod. right click on the ipod and click on the format option that you should be seeing. it should come up with a menu stating; capasity, file system, allocation file size. click the quick format option, then start. this will erase everything on the ipod, but may sort out any corrupt files and free up room.

Mate, if its not uploading songs it must be a software problem, formatting it fully should sort it out. It won't be a hardware problem so you shouldn't have to replace it!!
