| It means to shut the door.
Correct pronunciation.
"Pu t'wood in t'oil."

We all know the real reason why you lot don't like him. Your cards are marked.'"
Or more speciaifcally, why Mary Fa'asavalu doesn't like him.
I said this before reading your last post BB. Schoolboy error.

| means close the door on the way out.
bailey frustrates me as he produces some great games but not on a regular enough basis. the skill is there, i just hope he does it more consistently this year

Poot wood in hole = close door.
Nothing to do with putting any other "wood" in any other holes, which would be a strange request to make when asking someone to leave the premises.

Oh I do like a good colloquialism, I shall endevour to shoehorn that into every conversation that I have with Ms. pmh this weekend.
As to Bailey, as an opposition fan he appears to me to offer something different to your other forwards. Good at bringing the ball out as he more often than not gets a quick ptb, mobile, niggly and hits well and often in defence.
All things a prop's supposed to have and do, the only thing I'd be tempted to change would be to start with him, he seems a lean fit lad that could get through more work than his minutes on the pitch allow and therefore use Kylie for impact.

You've no business posting on here.
You obviously understand Rugby League too much.
Kudos.

This may be of interest to you:
In every cup we've won since 2004 (GF/WCC's etc) he has played in every one of them.
Speaks volumes to me.
'doubt he'll get another contract' - how many times have I heard before? YAWN.
If only we had the steel and power of Hargreaves and Clough.
What has all that got to do with Leeds having better options than Bailey in their 2010 squad?

Two simples rules on southstander.com regarding players.
One bad word against Bailey and you’ll get Thebloodbath onto you.
One bad word about McShane and TheJoker will come and have a few words with you.

And put a Leeds postcode (preferably LS6) to keep on the good side of the Postcode police.

It proves he was picked in the packs before the signing of Eastwood and the young forwards in the off season.
My point is that in my opinion he will struggle to get in a fully fit Leeds team in 2010. What happened in different squads 2/3/4/5/6 years ago has little bearing on that.
