Yes. The cost of policing them does anyway i believe, extra officers, mounted police etc.

There was the long haired "hardman" on the bus pretending to get out and jump, when he had probably just $hit his pants.

Most of the trouble was little chavs trying to be all hard by throwing stuff at the Police and trying to attack the dogs, soon started crying like a b*tch when the dog fought back though.
