| Quote: Sal Paradise "Ask Iestyn he too was contracted didn't stop him exiting when Wales came calling.
Can see GH paying a player a reasonable wedge and not playing - if Zac wants out he will leave and there is not a lot GH can do. The same happens in reverse in GH wants a player out so he can't have it both ways'"
It's not a difficult point David. Leeds hold the cards. They can stop him going anywhere during the remainder of his contract. I'm not saying they will, but they can.
If he goes it will be on Leeds terms. Just like Iestyn Harris.

So you keep saying.
Have Leeds ever fined both publicly for this alleged behaviour?
Has Bailey ever been booted from the rep squads he's made for this alleged behaviour?

Exactly. It's if your face fits. And I say that on the basis of you can't/shouldn't pull one individual if ignoring the same with a couple of others. Just because not fined publicly doesn't mean it hasn't happened many times. There was a case in point not just three weeks ago at the station pub with Bailey and Gareth Rayner, which the Landlord reported to the club.
As for rep squads, was that bit just a laugh? You said Bailey and Rep squad in same sentence.

| whilst on the topic of naughty boys getting into trouble,I have been informed that Australia's billy slater spent some time detained by the Manchester police after an incident in a nightclub.
Let's see if this incident is reported and dealt with in the same manner as the recent England indiscretions

Then surely he needs kicking out of the squad and sacked by his club, if true. I hear Brett Kearney could be available as a replacement for Melbourne.

I often think the problem with the majority of the current SL players is boredom between training.
Most people (friends & family) are at work when the players usually have down time after training. Hence why the players themselves are tweeting about been at Nandos/Costa or White Rose Centre/ local Tattoo joint etc.
Its all about self discipline. These guys are in a very fortunate position, one that most of us can dream of and to break club rules whilst on International duties shows lack of respect in my book.

I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by "Exactly". I'm not agreeing with your inference. I'm asking you if you know or have any evidence that Bailey and Delaney have ever conducted themselves the way Zak has done, becauise I can't recall Leeds ever publicly fining and admonishin either in the way they have done recently with Zak?
You're really suggesting they're "picking on" one of their best young players?
Quote: Gotcha "As for rep squads, was that bit just a laugh? You said Bailey and Rep squad in same sentence'" Why would it be a laugh? You are aware that Bailey has been in several representatrive squads over the year aren't you? You're also aware he's never been kicked out of any of them aren't you?

Didn't realise Zac had spent time at her majestys pleasure? So Bailey definitely has evidence of similar behaviour if not worse. I am not sure how the club handled it internally apart fom getting him the cheapest barrister they could find. Pity they could not have used Woodgate or Bowyers!!

The key words to that paragraph being "I am not sure". You could have just left the rest out.

I mean exactly, which is what I put, In agreement that the club have not publicly disciplined Bailey and Delaney.
Why I can't answer, considering it is well known that Bailey and Delaney are very often on the lash, and very often seen, how one lad gets publicly dressed down for it, is a question you would need to put to the club. My own interpretation unless you can put another slant on it, is that they operate double standards.
I already gave an example of just three weeks back, the landlord of the Station pub reporting Bailey to the club. For what he reported, I am surprised Bailey is still in employment, but it appears he is.

| I'm embarrassed for certain posters after reading their comments on this thread.
Claiming to have inside knowledge on the activities of our players when it's clear that they know nothing at all.
It's schoolyard stuff, anyone can see your talking bollox! Give it a rest!

I have seen Bailey and Delaney out many times and have to say have never seen them worse for wear, far from it.
On another note what makes you think it is just drink that has caused Zac to be disciplined?
Looking at it from the outside it might seem a little OTT that he has copped all this grief for a couple of nights on the lash.
But then again I could be wrong.
