Big Roy could get smacked all over the park and he never stopped smiling and he could dish it out just ask Les Gorley

| Funniest thing ever on the night when big Roy finally snapped and bashed the hell out of Gorley at Headingley.
I remember some Widnes fans whinging about it afterwards and I reminded them of the night that Jim Mills gave a teenage Roy a torrid night he'd never forget in one of his first games for Leeds at Naughton Park.

I totally agree & something young master Graham may do well to ponder on.
Compare & contrast with the blessed JP who's been taking it & giving it for the past decade.
Mind you he was 22 or 23 when he broke into the Bulls 1st team.

| Personally I think Graham's a darned good prop - and having a temper isn't a bad thing for a prop unless I've been watching the wrong sport for the last 20+ years. When he learns to channel his aggression he'll be even better. Webcke at the Broncos was the best example of this - rarely if ever got involved in fisticuffs etc, but if someone got him mad he'd run the ball in like a grade 'A' loon - most often straight at whoever caused his ire.
A bit of biff's a good thing every now and then, and the fact that there's no love lost between players of the top two sides adds to the occasions when we meet IMO.

100% agreement. I for one, wouldn't want a prop that didn't behave in the way you described above.

Agreed, it can look cheap but it's legal and works. Didn't people find it funny when Sam Tomkins hurt Cunningham a few weeks ago doing the exact same thing?
I think it's a bit inaccurate to call Graham a coward though, he pretty much chased a scared Ryan Bailey around the park earlier in the season.
Should've shaked hands though - looked like a muppet by not. Cannot wait for a rematch now though (if they both get there)...Friday's game will be worth nothing if they meet in OT next month

Props with tempers are good. Props with hissy fits and tantrums are bad.

Once again, agreed. Graham has the potential to be a sensational Prop, but at the moment lets himself down by letting his temper and frustration get the better of him. If he could channel those in the same way that Webcke did, it would make him an even better player.

Not tough eneough to be a sensational prop, I think to be right up there you need an air of intimidation, Graham just doesnt have that element to his game.

| I'll gladly put the boot into Graham.
I've mentioned how Leeds pack did a job on him and the fact that Leeds always manage to wind him up. And also for the man with the mouth, when the fighting starts he doesnt get involved. Cherry on the cake was the refusal to shake hands. Unlike KC who was superb in that area.
I've had a few chuckles over him this weekend, but when I watched the game in full again, all the above still counts, but he still kept carting that ball up. He kept getting bashed around and was down on his knees a few times, but he still kept coming for more. Which is what i like to see.
His head went again though....again!

What a load of rubbish....
You will be embarassed when you see his season stats in what has been a poor team full of kids through injuries...
9/10 Graham keeps out of issues on the pitch and yes he does throw a hissy fit but I rather that than the behaviour of Senior, it takes a bigger man to walk away. If Graham gets involved and gets a ban Saints can wave bye bye to any hope they have this season not that I think we have much in any case, but the best he can do for his team is throw a fit rather than a punch.
Some of you really need to grow up.

Actually it was the other way around (if you are referring to the incident where Bailey took the ball from a tap and had to run all the way across the pitch, sideways to the centre spot to find where Mr Graham was doing the hiding), but feel free to perpetuate that particualar myth.
