IMO he should have been, he quite clearly chucked the ball in a aggressive manner into the crowd, hence potentially causing injury to a speccie, which could have led to crowd trouble. Like also said it ain't the 1st time he as done something like that.

Tomkin's touching the ref was IMV no different to Webb's so should result in a letter from Redhall & a fine.
