I can't see any prem player coming to us on loan if we can't guarantee they'll start, unless they're 18 or 19, or we have an option/obligation to buy.

Yes definitely Rak Saki if we can get him on loan.
Like it`s been mentioned before getting decent players on loan and keeping them on the bench isn`t an attractive proposition to the PL clubs.
