I think he means that they would be able to fit more Saints fans in against Bradford, than they would against Leeds.

| Knowing are luck... well start against Hull KR at home, play double away games against Salford and Saints in March, Play Catalans the week before Challenge cup final and the players will be drained for the final (if we make it) and end the season against Huddersfield at the Galpharm!

I think it will be the exact opposite. The aim of moving the games is to attract a bigger crowd to games that traditionally draw a low attendance. Leeds/Wigan travel better than most teams, therefore there is no chance they will be shifted away from The Stoop.
