| What a match !
Could only listen on the radio but John Kear was a brilliant commentator on R5L
Sinfield sounded like he had one of his best ever matches for you guys

| If there's a better more committed player in the super league than Sinny I've yet to see him play and how he's never even been nominated for MOS is beyond me.....the guy is a ledge

| Sinfield was top class in the first 40. Quality display of kicking especially. Controlled the play very well.
Thought the second half he was anonymous for the most part but came through with that boot of his again.

In truth we're spoilt enough that we only notice when Sir Kev doesn't play like that!!
I really can't see how he won't be remembered as Leeds RL greatest ever player.

| He might have never won Man of Steel but if there was an award for most influential player in the last decade he'd win it by a street.
The man is incredible, and just when you think it can't get any better he produces that tonight. One of his best games ever & still incredibly humble afterwards.
Will be fondly remembered as the greatest of Leeds greats in a few years

| I've watched the greats since 66 and they were great. Sinfield has to be the greatest. Not just a good player but inspirational captain and gifted leader on the field.

| Not the most gifted player the game has ever seen, but one of the greats undoubtedly nevertheless. I'm sick to the death of the sight of him at O/T I'll tell you that for nothing...

Hopefully you'll have another chance to see him at OT very soon

This
John Holmes will always be my boyhood hero......and I never thought I'd see a better captain than David Ward. Sinfield, however.....what can I say: we are all so damn privelleged to see this guy play within our lifetimes. Bluddy immense supported by a huge committed defensive display by all concerned.
(Now is not the time to question why it cannot be done more often )

| he was majestic tonight... his kicking game destroyed wigan in the first half... if it hadn't been for silverwood you would have won the game more comfortably.
phil clarke was almost crying everytime he turned wigan around.

| Felt he got unfair critcism after the 4 Nations Final and the CC Final. Both times he was playing behing a well beaten pack, when given a chance by his forwards (like tonight) he usually delivers

| Nice to see Rio Ferdinand singing Sir Kev's praises to his 3.3million (!). Twitter followers. (even if he's a Wigan worries supporter)...
Quote: @rioferdy5: Must say Sinfield is pure class, cool as a cucumber under any pressure. Well done Leeds ""@rioferdy5

| I've said before that there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that one day I'll be watching Leeds from the Sinfield Stand.
On and off the pitch, the man is a class act and last night he showed just why has has five times as many winners rings as Flanders.
