How so ?

By all accounts the tickets have sold very well and there are only 2,500 left as of Friday.
With all day Saturday to go there won't be much room left for the walk up fans on the day

Thats the going rate for a ticket to a SL game, i'ts the same as the cheapest prices at Headingley so why is it Scandalous?

I'm sure anyone who attended last years Wakey v Leeds game at Belle Vue will tell you that the drama of the game was well worth the price of admission.

You probably have a point when comparing it to other similar venues.

Beamish for example is only £7.50 for an adult during the winter.

Is that London prices? I don't even like stout and I'll be sticking to Bitter now.

Well it shouldn't be.

I pay that to sit down at the KC - a modern, covered stadium with a decent view and acceptable facilities (i.e parking, toilets, food etc).

And what's with putting an extra £2 on entry on matchdays?

Well we had 5800 for Catalans with NO Catalan fans, now you can stick another 2k Wakey fans on that for the Leeds derby which will be about 8k Wakey fans, the ground capacity is 11k odd, so you do the maths mastermind.

Is that HHT getting owned by a dog?

Looking like I won't be there

I never miss a home match , and very rarely miss an away game (ain't been to Catalans yet though) . I attend as many Academy games as I am able .

BUT..

With things going on this week I forgot to get myself booked on the coach . By the time I remembered , the ticket office was closed . If the reports of the game been a sell-out are true , then there ain't any point driving there to sit outside the gates .

Never mind . It ain't the end of the world . The dog will get a long walk tomorrow afternoon .

Anyone want to volunteer to get me a programme ?
