| Parcell was let go as part of a deal to get a new overseas player to the club, and because his attitude had turned sour by the sounds. I have no problem at all with it.
We only need to finish above one other team to be safe, and that team will likely be London.
It’s OK the Leeds old boys coming over to HQ and winning bragging rights, but I don’t have a problem with us shifting any of them on. The club takes into account off-field as well as the on-field we see. Most speccies don’t have access to players’ training and medical records, and we don’t see how the players behave - it’s like any workplace, you have conflicts and issues sometimes.
The long game is about culture and teamsmanship.
Thought it was an entertaining game but individual errors and poor field and place kicking really cost us. We can and should play better than that.

| Quote Easty="Easty"The table can easily lie about the quality of teams. Rovers have had two props in Jewitt & Scruton retire midway through the season with injuries. Scruton having not played once and Jewitt been very poor in the two games he played. For the first half of the season we'd struggled to get props on the field sometimes Mulhern was our solitary prop, Your go forward has to come from somewhere. Funny how Mulhern can't get a game now we've players back fit.
Quinlan has also only just returned from an ACL injury and missed the 1st 19 games of the season He was injured in July last year and was still our player of the year winner. Greenwood has been missing most the season and until we brought in Parcel we've not fielded a recognised Hooker with Lee & Lunt been injured for most the season.
Do I think were a better team then Leeds. Your damn right I do. Put the two teams against each other and I wouldn't swap many.'"
You think rovers are better tha Melbourne storm though so your opinion is meaningless. Quinlan, linnett and garbutt are good and parcel is ok but the rest are average at best. Decent coach now is the difference from where you were a month ago and if you'd have hung on to the wizard you'd have been relegated

| Quote Holmes="Holmes"Different coach and a new half back yet for some unknown reason we default back to drilling it into touch on the last tackle when the score was 0-0. Compare that with HKR who were looking to score on their last tackle plays and only settled for a scrum late in the game when the win was in the bag.
Poor performance not helped by the strange decision to deploy a lightweight pack, Hicks continues to have a problem with us and full credit to HKR for a deserved victory.'"
Tony Smith has got them playing like that. He said that's the way he likes his teams to play. Creative attacking with the right attitude. Get the man back to Leeds.

Give it a rest Jake. Easty made valid points. Our squad was too small and couldn,t cope with the injuries to our pivots, plus lack of props. We now have some back and are better for it, and did you notice we beat your beloved almighty(cough) FC twice this season. Agree with the Sheens comment though,we were in serious trouble, now we are just "in trouble" but now have a proper chance of survival if for once the rugby gods smile on us re. injuries to key personnel. Smith has changed things for the better, but no one is safe yet and it,s going to be a nervy last few games. Will FC rest a few against Leeds and Saints do the same against London...I suspect they just might, and if Leeds and London pull wins out of the bag, it,s all up in the air again. For once I hope you win, but don,t think you will.

| Said HKR will stay up with Smith. They are a decent side with Mcguire on the pitch and the first choice pack.
As for us we have a good chance to put things right with Hull having more than one eye on the cup next week so should be taking advantage.

Can’t agree about entertaining game thought the quality was shocking on our part as was the attitude again.
Regarding players to Hull KR from Leeds, The only one I regret going is Mags and he wasn’t a case of being pushed out. Parcell we know the reason why he went didn’t like giving him to a relaxation rival but that’s all there was in for him so understand it. Garbutt not bothered much prefer Ava in the team.
Don’t think there is much in the squads tbh. Just can’t wait for this season to be over the standard played from Leeds is shocking hopefully we will be going for a new coach and not retaining Agar as coach

Would certainly like to see si field away from the coaches box leave the coaches to coach. I personally really wish he had stayed with England Tbh. He was a playing legend at our club would have preferred him to walk away with the 2015 GF not like this.
