Technically speaking, he wouldn't play in a Roses Origin match on account he wasnt born in either county. Which if my sources are correct he was born down south somewhere and the family moved up here to Chorley at some point.

Incidently, I was speaking to Josh Charnley last week and I asked what reception he got at Hull KR. He said when they were reading the Wigan team names out they booed Sam Tomkins but gave Josh a big cheer. Was it due to the fact that a herd of us Rhinos made the special effort to go over there to boo him??? Think not somehow....

Yes he does have talent but it is time he realised that he needs to grow up and play the game in a sportsman like manner and stop conning refs and looking like he is having an epileptic fit when he is tackled. If Ryan Bailey (I'm using him as an example, classic Bailey) niggles on the floor and wins his side a penalty it's evidence of his value to the side, but if Sam Tomkins does it then it's conning the referee and being unsportsmanlike?
