As good as the NRL and it's coaching is they weren't going to sort out his passing issues in just two days of training. Key will be seeing him in the same situation in several weeks and what he does.

So apparently Zak lost Penrith the game by missing a chance when playing out of posotion and were already 20 points behind.

Nothing to do with Moylan looking like he had never played FB in his life. Trully awful game from Moylan but apparently Zak is no where near in his class. People really have the blinkers on when they watch the aussies.

Moylan was bad, I think the coach lost panthers the game by taking so long to change things after Tedesco skinned Cartwright on the outside the first time. To then let him do it a couple more times before reshuffling was terrible.

Aside from bombing a try, I thought Zak was OK, but as others have said if they persist with him as a centre I can't see him lasting long in first grade. Particularly as he shows know aptitude to pass, and never really has.

Hardaker will need to be careful with his SL standard dumbed down play the balls. Around half were OK, half were the joke that passes for OK over here. Only a matter of time before he gets penalised although he should adapt quickly once told as I'm sure he will be. The bombed try apart I thought he went pretty well considering the step up and NRL debut nerves.

I agree with that but he will be judged on those big moments and the judgment will be swift.

You're all talking like the NRL is an impossible task for him. Yeah its gonna be tough but he will be fine. Look at people like Josh Hodgson and Mike Cooper who hardly set SL alight but have done well in the NRL.

Apparantly the training at Penrith is harder and longer than at Leeds. He will improve over there hopefully on and off the field.

Apart from having the ball knocked out in act of scoring i thought he did ok to say he had only landed 3 days prior to playing. He got involved, made decent yards with the ball and made his tackles.

For me tho he will never be a centre and i dont see how he will get past Moylan at full back.
