| Start of the season I would have been happy to see him go. But he has certainly improved these last 5 or 6 games and I agree it`s helped that the rest of our pack has stood up more allowing him to impact games in 15 minute or so spells. Not sure why that is an issue to some on here as it`s pretty much what other impact props do such as Walmsley, Paasi, Burgess etc. What I would say though is that if he wants to earn more money elsewhere instead of playing for a team on the up. Then his character is probably not what we want which is different to the criticism by some on how he is playing now which clearly Arthur is happy with. .

| Not too fussed on this one. He was poor for 2 years and has been decent this year. But you only get 20 mins out of him. And if you strip it back, it's a handful of eye catching runs, not really the hard graft stuff. He's not great in D, he's just impact for 10 mins before half time. I'd much prefer another Palasia or Jenkins to replace him. If Hull have offered him more money and 2 years, then good luck to them. He's not worth it. Trust in Blease and Arthur to replace him effectively.

| Disappointed to lose him. Been one of our best players this year. Lifts the team when he comes in and provides a bit of excitement. Hopefully we can replace with a similar high impact prop

| Based on this season’s efforts we’ll miss him. He’s the only forward we’ve got that sits opponents on their bums. He has become the real definition of an impact prop. The big question is, why did a 28 year old prop in the prime of his career go missing for 2 years ? He’s had the imprint of Rohan Smith all over him until his recent upturn in performance, and Lisone was the epitome of a poorly motivated, poorly trained Rohan Smith player. Not all Smith’s fault, Lisone was happy to go along for the ride with him. Lisone’s cult status with the South Stand has been one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever encountered. A fat, lazy, unfit player, bullied by the bigger teams, who only decides it’s time to start earning his corn just before he leaves.

| Thought it spoke volumes when he said he was looking forward to playing in front of the Hull FC crowd as if we only get 5 men and a dog coming to watch us. Be honest Sam, they offered you a bucket load of money which we wouldn`t match.

Every player says stuff like that when they join a club.I'm not even convinced the players say the stuff in the press releases.

| Just like many of the above posts my mild dissapointment at the news that he has made the decision to leave in the midst of the of the only decent run of form in his 2 and a 1/2 year stint with the club is mitigated by the knowledge that he has been poor to average for the vast amount of his Rhinos career. Hope he does great for the rest of the season, but I think he might struggle to live up to price tag at Hull.

| Lisone is saying it wasn't a hard decision because the only offer on the table was the one from Hull??

Not quite, he said there wasn't a contract not that there hadn't been an offer. Before a contract is drawn up terms and conditions will have to be agreed, his agent obviously disagreed with Leeds and agreed to Hull"s terms hence the contract and subsequent signing thereof. But as Tad says what him, Leeds and Hull say and what the truth is will probably never be known.

He'll be no great loss as he's a flat track bully IMO (I've been saying this since he joined too)He plays on average 2 stints and for only 20 minutes per game in total. Funny how his form improved come contract negotiation time. Good luck to him at Hull FC,But he's a luxury signing and not worth the quota spot IMO

| Wilkin on Sky saying Lisone has knocked out 5 players this season, with the implication he needs to change his ball carrying technique (leading with padded forearm).
2025 version of Farrell and Fleary?
