We signed him from their scholorship at 13 i think and they have 12% sell on fee! |

The final deal will likely go through as ''undisclosed'' though I'm guessing the 10m mentioned will be made up of several clauses. Taking the actual deal down to around 5-6m I would say. Had he of gone to Manc City they were set to allow him to re-join us on loan for the season, think.
Would be surprised if Bates gives Grayson more than 1m.
Not too clever, less than a week to start of season and have not signed anyone of any significance |

I would be surprised if Bates gives Grayson a penny, he'll say we have a strong enough squad and he's happy with what he has already then try and bring a few loan signings in mid-season.
One thing i think they should be doing as a priority is giving Beckford an improved contract cos if he goes we really are stuffed.

Without him, I'm not convinced at all... the thing is selling him now, (should we get promoted) we'll only have to spend the same to do well in the championship... another good signing needs to be made imo trouble is, is there anyone who will come to league 1 of the required quality |
