Didn't pick Burrow in the squad, yet is happy to run with someone who's team's season ended 6 weeks ago and the player in question hasn't played a competative game since July.

Didn't pick the form centre in the competition, then ends up playing someone else out of position because we have that few decent centres in this country. Not to mention, the player he picked had a perm ...

that's about the best I can come up with out of what we have due to TS' eye opening squad selection!

The 3/4 looks out of its depth to say the least.

I am officially in shock about how bad Sykes is, he makes the most fundemental mistakes which you wouldn't expect to see at Junior level.

But then again you look who the Assistant Coach is and then you realise the reason why he is in - has ever a man with such limited ability ever risen to such a height in any profession?

Step forward Steve McNamara - a man who really is a clueeless muppet of the highest order.

I sat in the newcastle(nsw) Ibis lobby chewing the fat with andy wilson and dave hadfield after seeing sykes put in what was one of the most shocking performances to lose a team a game I have seen at any level. he was genuinly up there with meli! as hadfield said he's just not international standard! Wilson and I both agreed!

Mcbannana and sykes should be nowhere near this team

and myler in front of burrow? at the moment he isn't even close however he has signed for warrington.......................

That is a wind up.

Not to mention that last night was his first competative game since July, after Salford dropped him when Myler said he was off ...

For me it would be:

Smith
T. Briscoe, Eastmond, Bridge, Hall
Tomkins, McGuire
Graham, Moore, Peacock
Ellis, Burgess
Sinfield

Roby, O'Loughlin, Morley, Gilmour

Possibly swapping Eastmond and Smith around, to get the best out of his attack. Although you then get the risk of a less safe FB.

I can't fault him for either. Burrow has been off the ball. He needs to do more to merrit the international spot. Its time for england to move on from Keith and his non inclusion will only benefit us long term, even if that means not wasting another game trying who he picked.

How some people have put Burrow ahead of Tomkins and not included O'Loughlin is beyond me.

It's straight forward,the best half back pairing in SL are Mcguire and Burrow.
It's seen as a straight choice between Mcguire and Tompkins and as well as tompkins has done this season for England it's a no brainer in many fans opinion.
As for O'loughlin no thanks!!!!!!!
Just to add that Burrow and Mcguire haven't done anything really bad to warrant either getting dropped and the fact that sykes is selected with myler and Burrow isn't highlights the glaring bias in squad selection.

Have McGuire, Burrow and Sinfield ever all started a game together for England / GB?
