Though I think he should play in the halves now as a short term fix I still don't think Leeming will ever be good enough to get leeds back to competing at the top.

What's really galling is how Johnson was quickly hooked as if there aren't many more that should have gone before him. The squad isn't good enough but still Agar for me is the clear problem.

What annoys me is how bad the halfbacks have been. Our kicking game has been worse than last season when we had no halves. The kicks from sezer when we had 12 men on was shocking. I can understand why were down in the middle, and though we should have strengthened, we needed to find the right player, but the halves have stunk the place out almost every game

We’ll never know with Furner. Was not Given long enough. Ruffled the wrong feathers, but is clearly a good coach. Straight back into NRL assistant role.

That is the most worrying aspect of this team and It doesn't look like theyve got it in them to get any better. Austin at least to be moved on at the end of the year.

Yes we’ll never know but Furner had us playing turgid stuff, we were looking like relegation material, he was terrible for us.

Much like Agar has done for a large proportion of his time in the role. We were just as poor last year but he was given allowances by many on here with the disruption to the halves. We'll we've got halves now an we're still as bad.

Subsumed you have to go back to go forwards . He obviously came in decided the playing squad was dross , and not capable of expansive play. Then JJB turned on him, and took everyone with him…

In the two full seasons Agar has been in charge we’ve not looked like getting relegated.

You can’t just use one example in a Different team to prove a point. Being able to sign Ben Barber helped too….!

Im using it as an example of a coach coming in and making a difference then it being recognised by getting a head cosch job in the NRL

Furner did neither of those things in fact he made us worse.

He also had 3 big signings come with him.

Furner was s flop im not sure what the point in looking back at it with rose tinted glasses and what ifs will achieve now.

My issue at the moment is if the now inevitable happens and a new man appointed if he loses next week and we get battered v Saints the new coach bounce will be gone.

We can slag the players off, we can knock the coach but the issues are deeper than that i feel. Weve signed established NRL/International players like Merrin, Tetevano and Hurrell but they dont seem to work out. We dont seem to be able to get a spine playing, we are always carrying injuries.

Letting Sinfield walk when deep down he didnt want to was a huge mistake. He wanted his role changing to its original form. Even after signing for Leicester he couldve been pursuaded to stay, I know he could, but he was allowed to walk.

I will say i feel sorry for Agar, hes a decent RL man from a true RL family. I think hes done a better job than given credit for but its clearly gone horribly wrong this season for him. I think hes a honest man and will be the 1st to say this isnt good enough for Leeds Rugby League.
