Eastwood actually qualifies for a british passport so i think he would count as Federation trained but like the old "overseas quota" rules this one seems to have as many holes as a T-bag.  |

To me he fills a gap with experience and a reasonable amount of quality, without being top drawer.
Doesn't have SMiths versatility,but a decent replacement.
I would expect one or two more signings, with the cap space we have

story isn't up yet from what i can see, but today's YEP mention he has missed three games in three years at the titans, and had a 100% appearance record this season (prior to weekend strain) for the club currently 3rd on the NRL 'ladder'

Interesting point. But IMO this messageboard is generally more interesting when things aren't going well. Amidst the knee-jerking scapegoaters the quality of posts has improved IMO in recent weeks.
The real decline in the messageboard happened in the 2004 season - being a Leeds fan hasn't been the same since the team has got the championship silver monkey off its back. Generally this has brought in more fekkwit supporters expecting silverware to be the norm. |
