Would you be proud of him if he was more like Peacock who, in all probability, cost us the trophy Sunday?

Had Bailey committed either of those he would've been crucified on here.
i like to think I am fair handed with praise and criticism and dole both out regardless of reputation so, yes, I think peacock major factor behind our defeat.

| I think Bailey is certainly worth his place in the squad as a rotation prop.

'"Peacocks ill discipline is a problem. Not just his recent punch ups but he does tend to get penalised for high shots fairly regularly. His pass to Burrow was a poor play but a great spot by the Manly 2nd rower who hit him with what appeared to me at the time a fair hit(not seen any replays). That said what he brings to the team far outweighs any negatives.
My point was though that we were up against a far superior team on the night who were a joy to watch a times. IMO with Burrow fully fit for 80 mins and Peacock not in the bin the result would have been the same.

I just think its' indicative of this board and our fans that this barely warrants any negative comment (of course, most of the time he doesn't) yet bailey is hung out to dry.

I was saying this towards the back end of last season when Peacock looked to be shattered by McLennan's insistence on having him on the park for 70 minutes a game. What footwork he had has gone, his offload game has gone and he generally looks like he's having to make a massive effort to drag his body around the field at times.
I'll stand back and put the tin helmet on for the replies, but the current Jamie Peacock is a shadow of the player in his first season at Leeds. I'll give it another season tops before he ends up a shell of his former self like Fielden.
If Bailey had shown the rank indiscipline Peacock has this season he would have got slaughtered on here.

Peacock is not on top form but we are only 4 games into this season, IMO his first year at Leeds was his worst so far.

| Who was the girl group?
They were quite a distance from us, and all we could work out was that it wasn't Girls Aloud, and probably not The Saturdays.

His job is not to walk around throwing punches. However, if he needs to, he can do. Ask Julian O'Neill.'"
Peacock may have missed 10 mins but i would put my life on the fact that he still made more yards than Bailey against Manly. Then, possibly against HullKR but not certain, if you think of all the penalties that Bailey gives away compared to Peacock, im sure it would be a landslide in Bailey's favour!

Bailey has conceded 4 pens to JP's 3 although Peacock has also been sin binned. However, don't think these stats include WCC. Also on metres Bailey has made 217 metres from 27 carries (8m per carry average) with 6 tackle busts compared to Peacock 421 from 64 (6.5m average) with only 5 tackle busts.
