| Great game of RL that could have gone either way.
Cameron Smith is the best hooker and player in the world.

| Is that an embarrassing retraction on the nonsense "I've not forgotten which clubs helped us"?

All I will say is that you must have really, really high standards.

He played well though I'm not sure why anyone would laud it over him on tonight's performance.

| I am a Bulls Season Ticket holder of 12 years, was cheering you guys on tonight. As an Englishman, Yorkshireman and because of all the help and support the fans and club of Leeds Rhinos gave to the Bulls during our hour of need. We might have a rivalry, we don't need to turn it into hatred or tribal warfare. If you want that, go watch football.

| I know people do and will go on about the likes of Slater, Cronk and Smith but really what won it for them was their disciplined, tough, hard-to-break-down defence. At the end of the game it was 3 tries to 2, the difference being a set of shoddy attempts on Bromwich to the line, something Melbourne wouldn't have done down the other end.

Spot on. I'd even support Wigan against the Aussies, even if it does make my stomach turn.

| Peacock was immense but Stevie Ward really impressed me tonight. Still trying to understand what the scouts ever saw in Achurch.

Well I don't like Leeds or the Ozzies.
So if you have ever seen a dictionary, which I doubt.
Then I am a neutral.

Yes I do !
Been following Wigan since the late 1950's.
I was there at Central Park in 1987, when over 40,000 + roared on a Wigan v Manly win. Now that was of an high standard.
And your standards are rather like Oscar Wilde's 'in the gutter' ?

Because being an Aussie means he must be super human. The English need to lose this mentality.

Been thinking the same. Ward showed real quality last night, Achurch the reverse. Thought Delaney put in a legendary defensive stint and the Moon/Hall combo was stunning at times.
If we're going to improve on this endeavour we need another prop and another utility back. Achurch and Vickery don't seem to be the answer.
