Totally agree with the comments of the original poster ref Ryan Bailey going missing yesterday. But the fact he doesn't step up on his own has been the same for ages.
Third into tackles is the only time he's confident to give it some wellie. Starts plenty of fights but only actually involved on the fringe.
He very much reminds of those school fights/scuffles where a kid is going nuts to get to someone but allows a friend to hold them back.

He was expected to step up and fill JP's boots. i thought he hid, it's all well and good having an off day, everyone does. But the man hid from our big guns.

The reason he annoys opposing fans is that he dished out cheap shots whenever he can, and huffs and puffs alot.
