My record of visiting Lancashire to watch Leeds v Saints games is pretty impressive over last 3 seasons.
3 games attended. 3 wins for Leeds.
Couldn't be ar5ed to travel last night as the game didn't really matter, unless you're a Scouser!!

I thought the turnout from Leeds was good. Not as good as the same fixture last season but still good. It was Saints' turnout that was poor. I think a couple of thousand must have preferred the pub or the beach given the gorgeous weather. Flakey, our lot.
But regardless of what was or wasn't heard on Sky, the atmosphere at the ground was great. Well, for us Saints fans anyway! It was the best atmosphere since our fixture last year, which had a slightly different feel to it if I remember right.

The people of Southport would be somewhat unhappy that you are suggesting their beach has litter all over it.
It is St Helens in Tasmania that has a beach. Beautiful it is too. However, much as I'd like to be in St Helens, Tasmania (that's Tasmania, Australia incidentally), I'm in St Helens, Lancashire, and we just have some seedy pubs and lots of wasteland. |
