Yes. Some of your fans' bleating like kids about not being loved enough. You've just won your third Grand Final on the bounce and yet you whinge that you haven't been told how wonderful you are in the way you think you should be. Bloody hilarious! 
And as for not winning three Grand Finals. Well, there you go. You made history. We made history in 2006. I'm sure Bradford made history during their time too. You have now equalled us and Bradford in the number of Grand Finals you have won, I believe (although we also won the pre Grand Final championship). You're still behind us on Challenge Cups, League Leaders shields, and Man of Steel awards. 
Our time has gone. It was wonderful while it lasted. I think it's funny that instead of simply enjoying your obvious success some of you whine like children who think it's just not fair! |

tbh i think next year will be even better. Stains are without Long, Cayless & Gilmour, Cunningham will continue to fade and Pryce will be recognised to be crap.

The video decision was wrong. Clearly wrong. However, I think you'll find that most Saints fans are complaining about our lack of attack options, which is what we have been complaining about for the last few months and which is what convinced most of us that we would be unlikely to win tonight (something you will also know if you have been reading posts by Saints fans, on here and on our own board). I'm not remotely surprised you won tonight because although we have some good forwards and we have a (generally) good defence, the closer we get to the tryline, the more likely it is that our brains dysfunction and we run out of ideas. With the exception of Eastmond, who was basically our attacking option tonight, as he has been for a few matches now. That's not to take anything away from your win, but you referred to our moaning and our moaning is mainly about our lack of attack options, not about that referee decision.

However, to counter that arguement, no side in the Championship / Grand Final era (and remember, this method is how two-thirds of rugby league champions have been decided) has won three back to back championship finals ... Dating back to 1906. |

Agreed - next year is going to be the most one sided and boring in rugby league history. Worse than any of the Wigan glory years due to the poor standard of super league.
