Decent effort, but still not enough.
Cas were dreadful, but still never really looked like losing.
I just don't see where a win is coming from.

Gannon, Martin, Handley and Oledski excellent.
Sinfield had a shaky start, but grew into the game, and his kicking game is a real asset.
Simpson didn't do a huge amount, but didn't let anyone down. Looks a strong lad.

Sutcliffe, Briscoe, Thompson, Mellor, Dwyer and Tetevano really are a joke.
I know we say it every week, but Dwyer's passing is absolutely laughable.
Bentley at least looks like he cares, but he's a total liability.
And again, totally clueless in attack. No shape, no organisation, no plan, no threat.

Frustrating to see go close in a game that on paper we should of lost by twenty, but still come up short. Both Sinfield and Simpson suicidaly young to be playing, however they did fine. Really liked the way young Jack ran at the line, but sometimes the quality of Dwyers passing leaves no choice. He really has got to be out the door this year. Ruins every half back he plays with.

Always thought Leeming has gone well in the halves. Think JJB made a mistake not playing him there v Hudds and from the start today.

We were poor. Very poor. That first 20mins of 2nd half where we couldn't complete a set should of been your chance but your goal line attack was poor. Relying on Sinfields little grubber kick throughs.

Poor game all around today I think and no team deserved the 2 points.

Good to see there is effort and team spirit, but the team look completely uncoached. You get under 11s team with a better game plan

The word passing and Dwyer should not appear in the same sentence as he is incapable of performing the basic skill required. Huge job for new coach as issues all over the pitch with at the moment only 4 to 5 players justifying their selection.

When can we offload Dwyer? A hooker who can’t pass is a shambles. How has this lad made it to elite level?

I think you would be suprised shabs, Mellors useless, but there was a decent market for him when we signed him so wont of been cheap, knowing the clubs love affair with Suttcliffe and the fact the idiots at the club actually persuaded him to stay..he'l be most likely earning miles more than his ability warrents. Id guess Dwyer and Briscoe are on average SL money and Thompson will be cheap.

None on top money, but them 5 wages combined would get you a couple of good players, or 1 very good one.

I agree to an extent but we were playing without both our half backs, full back, 2nd choice full back and centres. I can accept our attack being poor and lacking structure under those circumstances when the effort and team spirit is clearly there, our attack still needs to improve for Friday.
