I saw the comparrison but it would be highly achievable for someone to go to a better pub and spend a few extra quid rather than spending a extra million or so to live in a mansion.

Ok the Mansions and penthouses were a bit wide off the mark. But in all decency is all about what ones taste are. For example there are many people who find the three legs one of the more decent places in Leeds. Each to their own and what suits them best comes to mind! |

I cannot comment on that particular pub never been in.
Kirkstall lights used to be my least favorite pub in Leeds. Last time
I was in it was two big groups one from the hawky one from broadleas. Half the group were trying to interbreed with each other the other half were just fighting with each other. Took one look and went to the merry monk up the road! |

Kirkstall lights really lost its way towards the end. It was 2007 when I was last in and it was really dead. The pub got closed down because of drugs I think. But it used to be really good from what I remember of it as a kid.
Merry Monks a nice pub and I did a review of it in the damobit rlHERErl. I wonder if he’s put the pictures up yet because I’ve not been in a while.
My favourite pub around they would have to be the West End. Really nice food in there! |

If that's the one sharing a car park with the leisure centre then yes good decent grub and I think it's a camra pub? |
