| Need a grub of a forward, let them get away with so many dog acts, dwyer gets punched and choked out and no response from the ref or us, then tomkins with his fingers up richies with no response. Dire first half but second half lots of effort with everything seemingly going against us

Dragons Eliminate the Rhinos to Set Up Saints Semi-Final
Friday 13th would turn out to be a unlucky one for either the Catalans Dragons or the Leeds Rhinos as the two went head to head in the play-offs to compete for the dubious honour of a trip to the Totally Wicked Stadium next Friday night to take on St Helens.
Despite ending the ‘irregular’ regular season in fourth place, the Dragons had already been disadvantaged by having to make the trip to Warrington’s Halliwell-Jones Stadium for the match due to Covid concerns, the Rhinos making the simple trip across the Pennines, albeit on a Friday night.
Both coaches, Rhino’s Richard Agar in absentia due to enforced coronavirus self-isolation, named strong sides with the bookies having difficulty separating the two and giving slight favourites odds to the Rhinos who were giving away a two-point start on the handicap coupon.

| Bad start and losing both props cost us, plus one of the worst ref performance for some time, let them getaway with too much. Plus side Prior outstanding really good signing, great effort to get back in the game, 2 years ago we would have just folded.
Still got the Challenge cup. Couple more props and maybe a really good 6 we are major title contenders again.

He’s too slow. biff nailed it we need 2 forwards who might even chuck the odd punch.
Kendall, childs, hicks where do we get them from, they’ve no clue about proper RL'" thats where didn't replace kylie and jp , galloway was solid at best before his ankles , prior better but nice , ava could be kylie but not jp

| Ref bottled it. Should have been playing against 11 men.

| We left ourselves too much to do in the end. With the 2 missing props I think we take that. Had Mickey Mac been binned we would have probably won anyway.
Lots of positives from this season and with a couple of additions we could be contenders next year.
Despite being on the losing side, I thought Prior was MOM by a mile. Martin, Liam Sutcliffe, and Hurrell were also outstanding.
Of the teams left, I hope Catalans win it, but what a filthy team they are.

| I thought the team put loads of effort in loosing two props when going into the game a least one prop short. Plenty to build sign at least one top prop and hopefully move on Lui and get a 6 with some zip.

Agreed. We’re not far off. Good season all things considered. I thought we had a lot going against us tonight and added to that the loss of Agar. Proud of the boys personally for this season.

I want Hull to win it, I just cannot warm to this Catalan side, they lost all respect i had for them a couple of years ago at headingley when they were just blatantly cheating and wasting time for about 20 minutes st the end of the game

Thought the effort for each other in that second half was outstanding, we have at last got some real team spirit we just need a couple of class signings and were getting there

| Tiredness showed in the last 15 when we looked to be coming home with a wet sail.
Losing both frontline props was going to be an ask, but we did what we could, bombed a few chances and overplayed our hand with the new obsession of blind offloads and some daft probably fatigued influenced descisions.
My two-penneth? We’ve overachieved this season, we are finally moving in the right direction but still need some tough descisions recruitment wise, still a few key players short and with a bit of investment and some steel added well be there or there abouts next year.

| Good effort. Can't help but think that if everyone had waded in on Mcilorum the ref would have had to have done something. Picking up and dumping an injured player is a red card and he shouldn't play for the rest of the season. The initial tackle itself was bad enough.
If refs allow grubby play then so be it but we'll have to put some scrapping practice in over the winter.

Definitely, we lost a lot of aggression losing mik but we need someone who’s willing to rub some faces in the mud and ruffle a few feathers
