Friday will then be a write-off due to jetlag, meaning all he'll have is probably a light training session on the Saturday morning to get his body moving again.

Big ask to do all that and then back up to play in the biggest game of your season.

Best thing Chase can do is arrive back on Sunday morning, then head straight for Doncaster and play before the jetlag kicks in. It worked for Stacey Jones before the Tri Nations final in 2005. I think he headed back to NZ because his wife was ready to give birth. He arrived back in the UK on the morning of the Final, played a blinder and NZ won 24-0.
