Someone on Wakey board has just pointed out that the above article has been amended... and the reference to a 15 team league removed!!!
I think a journalist has done a usual trick of put 2 and 2 together and getting 5... or more like 14 + 1 = 15, forgetting that it is 14 + 1 - 1 = 14

The Crusaders currently have a long lease to play Super League games at the Racecourse and this will not impact on their future.[/i

It matters big time if the new landlords don't have a football team to contribute towards the running cost of the stadium and as a result the "rent" goes up by 5 fold to fill the gap, meaning that the Crusaders can't afford to stay there... |
