Id definitely start Broadbent. He was the best player on the park two weeks back and deserves to be rewarded with a spot in the team. Same with Thompson. He was very good in the trial game and deserves a bench spot. Can play front and back row too. Not sure if Vinuyayawa is ready yet so I would leave him out this week and start with Smith at lock. Having Tetevano come off the bench balances the team out for me as well.'" If King doesn't play which it think is likely then that's what i would go with also. |

Just hope the forwards can get on top and give the halves - hopefully Eastmond and Gale - a good platform. Our decimated three quarters won't give us any edge against Wakefield. Personally hope King plays just because I'm curious to have a look.

Disappointing we are so patched up for Round 1 but there we have it.
No Holroyd; hoping that is precautionary and nothing too long-term. Or maybe they feel he’s a little behind Thompson.
I might start with Mik and Tet up front. Our back line is light and I’d be looking to cause them problems down the middle to fatigue them.
I think Eastmond and Gale will both start and L Sutcliffe and Broadbent in centres. Both Briscoes to wings.

Are all injured and are starting or would be in the 17 on a usual match day.
