I agree, after re watching it, Ablett doesn't have chance to stand over S Tomkins. McGuire however doesn't do himself any favours at all when watching it back. The penalty has already been blown and still goes over the top of Sam when he's been cleaned out!

So now you admit to spouting bul you shift the subject to McGuire who came in and did nothing at all illegal to complete the tackle.
