Not seen the Weyman one, but the Elima ban is about right and sends out the right message for me.

Think the max ban he could have got is 5 matches according to current guide lines.
What Elima did had nothing to do with rugby, for me stuff like that should be 8 matchs minimum. |

Terry O'conner said he'd like to see Elima get 10 games for what he did and i agree it was a total sh## house act and as BB says nothing whatsoever to do with RL.

A potential 10 game ban would be a big deterrent IMO. |

Sadly the bbc's wonderful highlights show did not cover this, they merely showed about 20 seconds of tries and then went back to the studio. Is there anywhere to see what happened when i don't have sky and didn't go? I was a bit naive in expecting a bit more detail from the bbc.
I've no idea why. I know i have watched the super league show in the past and felt just as short changed then! I guess a winter going without any games or coverage makes you forgetful of what to expect when it comes back around!

The Tube of You is your friend for this. Type 'Olivier Elima tackle' and you should find it. Along with a bad one he did on Gaskell whilst at Bradford. |

Sky haven't shown the Weyman tackle on Peacock either - at least not that I can recall in any of the main RL progs. |
