I'd say (wakey fan) the headbutt was a bit like Welham's headbutt not too long ago however Kev did it a lot less subtle. It was a clear sending off but I wouldn't say a lengthy ban was needed his wires are very tightly winded as he puts so much into his game and probably needs some time to get his thoughts together with him coming to back end of his career. hopefully he's back for the semi final need to have a cas vs Leeds final... Yep. Grade C charge (2-3 games suspension). Can't believe for a second there's any thought needed about submitting an EGP.

Grade C 2 Match Ban on EGP. Its about right and no doubt Kevin will take it on the chin......again.

Gary's not happy (personally think he should be relieved)

I think you may find that comment is more in reference to the Hull KR chairman than the RFL. Remember his rant the other week, where he used the ban on Zak Hardaker in his comments.

My thoughts exactly! I doubt GH would have commented at all if the ambulance-chaser hadn't been mouthing off.
I think common sense has prevailed. It was some where between SOS and a stretch in prison depending on which board you read. It showed the opposition fear Sir Kev though!

you got to love Hetherington and Woods relationship, just saying like

If everyone took off their club biased blinkers the discipline pannel decisions are very Inconsistent we as most other clubs have benifited from more lenient sentence and also been more harshly punished. There is no consistency to their decisions.

Having now watched the game finally my opinion is it's been entirely overblown. Yes he deserved a ban but it was more of a football headbutt. Having read all the coments before viewing it I was exspecting to see Dorn sparked out with his nose all over his face.

Personally I would be honoured to receive a head butt from Kevin Sinfield. For Luke Dorn surely it's the highlight of his career to date.

To compensate the loss of Sir Kev, the rfl have kindly charged 3 players from Leeds next opponents.
