The ref is a joke. Good effort from the boys 13 vs 14 here. When we get some bodies back we will be ok some of these young lads are doing well. Big mick has had a massive effort today

Absolute wan k et worse ref ive seen in 20 years just give them the game there, nothing wrong with that play the ball. Wigan shuffle forward every play the play and nothing loads of incorrect play the ball missed.

Another week another loss. But many positives to take out again. Valuable experience for the young lads who really stepped up again. Thought broadbent was caught out a few times but will benefit for that. Once again oledski impresses. Platform set regullaly and once the injured players return should be producing more. Didn't see eastmond on the pitch apart from one pass. If no one back for next week I'd put Martin back in the back row and move Smith to the halves

Another Gutsy and determined performance from the team tonight we've just got too much personnel missing atm. But every player should be proud of their effort last couple of week it's there for all too see. Oldezki take a bow plating full 80 mins at prop and was best forward on pitch. T.Briscoe gets a lot of stick but he works very well in our team for me coming out of yardage he is one of best wingers in SL at helping our pack out and when people say he's out of position and not marking his winger you have too understand sometimes he has no choice but too come in and try kill the opposition attack if his centre has bit I'm he has too follow to try kill play. Eastmond showed some good touches in second half goof cut out pass too L.Briscoe and forced a repeat set with a nice grubber kick but he was never gonna set world a light in first performance in over a year and first RL game In nearly 10 years. Martin had a couple of bad errors in second half missing touch from pen and then a really soft miss for hastings try could be down too fatigue but should have made that tackle and will probably be disappointed in himself, Broadbent, A.Sutcliffe doing themselves all favours with there performances and getting valuable game time. Kendall decisions really baffle me I don't understand he's thought process when he makes decisions like the Mellor ptb & penalising Prior for a high shot on Hardaker but not getting into terrible reffing. Overall I'm looking forward too rest of season when we start getting players back we will go well and compete with any team in SL and hopefully be there or there abouts when plays are here.

Can't fault the effort tonight.
But Wigan always had a bit too much - even though they were average really.
Desperately missed an organiser.
Eastmond was OK considering, but he's no substitute for Gale.
Mik was MoM by a country mile. Immense.
Donaldson good as well - said before, but his tackling technique is superb. Wraps round the legs and stops momentum.
Walters is moving ahead all of the other back rowers. Martin was poor tonight.
Luke Briscoe has moved ahead of Tom - but can't see it happening when Handley is back. Tom will still get picked.
Ref had a poor game - seemed overly picky against us with things that he let go for Wigan.
Smithies is a grub - every time putting the head in. but gets away with it! Strange.
Get some bodies backs next week and go again.
The effort is the real positive.
