In many ways, it does confirm a lot of things. RS doesn't seem too bad when things are on the up, and there's decent performances. I wouldn't say anyone watched episode 1 and thought he looks completely incompetent.

I think strong teams need to have key players and coaches that players want to play for. We seemed to be lacking a bit of both under RS. We need the players to step up next season in this regard too.'"
I can remember watching some footage of Rohan talking to the team at half time when they were losing and i was really shocked at how poor he came across when trying to motivate the team, he was really odd in the way he was delivering his message and just didn't expect it.. i thought he'd be much tougher.
