He got a £250 fine and a slap on the wrist. He is available to play this week.

| To be honest I'd rather Davies did get off than repeat last year's debacle of suspensions. I think it was one of those that looked a bit worse than it was due to the high speed, but that's also Davies' main defence - he was running full belt in cover and didn't have much time to pull out once Myler passed the ball. I personally think it deserved maybe a game, but I can live with the decision. Compare that to Martin's laughable suspension last year for walking into an opponent who only fell over because he wasn't looking where he was going. On that basis last year davies would have been banned sine die.

| They say judge a team after six matches.
If that's the case we should do well Friday let's see!!

Important game on Friday to get a gauge of where we are.
Very mixed so far.
Two great wins against good teams, but two really bad defeats to poor teams.
Good performance and win on Friday and we'll be on the right track.
Poor performance and a defeat and the knives will be out again....
Looking forward to the game tbh.

| I can see this being an inconsistent season in performances. It looks like a competitive league this year without anyone, other than Warrington at this point standing out. There is a long way to go!

Yes time for some consistency. The league however looks very volatile this year imo, teams taking points when you don’t expect them to. Both Wigan and saints last weekend very fortunate not to get beat again

Even Wire are nothing special. I’d fancy us in any knockout game v them……

| I feel the same as I did before saints etc.
I just want us playing well/ consistent/ as a team.
If we do that the wins will come and the losses won't be as frustrating

| Leeds Rhinos 21-man squad
Richie Myler, David Fusitu'a, Harry Newman, Nene Macdonald, Blake Austin, Aidan Sezer, Mikolaj Oledzki, Zane Tetevano, James Bentley, Rhyse Martin, Cameron Smith, Jarrod O'Connor, Sam Lisone, Darrell Olpherts, Justin Sangare, Tom Holroyd, James McDonnell, Luke Hooley, Sam Walters, Luis Roberts, Corey Johnson
About the strongest squad we could get with the exception of Handley and Gannon.
Worrying times for Gannon who I hope isn`t going down the Steve Ward route.

| Not far from the strongest squad we can put out with only 5 and 16 missing from our first 17 players, so no excuses especially after the last match. I think we will line up like this:
Myler
Fusitua
Newman
MacDonald
Olpherts
Austin
Sezer
Holroyd
O'Connor
Tetevano
Martin
McDonnell
Smith
Walters
Oledzki
Johnson
Bentley

Sangere and lisone will both be in the 17 squad if fit. Suspect martin at centre olpherts on bench, Tet second row Holroyd Oledski to start. Walters and Johnson mis out. Unless Oledski is still not quite there yet.

| Certainly some decisions to be made on the final 17.
Be a shame for Johnson to miss out as he needs to prove himself at this level.
Also looks like Tindall has dropped behind Roberts in the pecking order.
With Handley and Gannon to come in I have not got a clue what my 17 would be.

According to RS in the presser Morgan is fine. They're just taking a conservative approach to his return and he's working on some physical/ skills gains. Apparently he's had no ill effects from his recent concussion.
