| I don't want KRnt to go down they offer something to SL and always travel in good numbers. They will beat dejected Widnes and be safe I think. I can't see Toulouse winning at Salford with Hastings back.
Hopefully we beat Toronto Fri and London beat Fax by score they need to claim 4th and host MPG.

I wouldn’t want Hull KR to go down either. Like you say, they’ve got a good fan base and have invested in their ground in recent years.
It’d be great to see Danny McGuire finish the season on a high too.

Don't bite OT4, I reckon most of us would like to see HKR in SL next season.

We should be ok, I think Salford (wish could grow the fan base) and Hull KR will be too. Then I’d like to see London back. Wardy has done a great job and their support is growing slowly.
Toulouse aren’t far away either. But IMO Toronto shouldn’t be considered, I couldn’t see the NRL allowing it, so why should we? It’s the European Super League, so let’s help them grow in their own continent.

NRL wouldn't allow it? The same Australian comp that allows a team from a foreign land to play in it!!

| Once a player leaves our club I have a look to see how they're getting on, but I don't support them.
Personally I've always routed for the underdog and think it would be interesting to see Toulouse v Catalan in Superleague next year.
Also, Toronto would be a heck of an away trip for fans that could do it.
The only real changes of teams in Superleague over the last few years has been Leigh & KR changing places. Boring!
Let's have some new teams in there IMO!

| Final game of a dreadful season. To think we are defending champions and now we grateful we don't absolutely have to have a win over Toronto Wolfpack to secure Superleague status. Talk about boom and bust.

I meant different continent. Would they accept Toronto, Jacksonville or one of the South African sides?

Whilst the product in the NRL is of a better standard (there's a whole host of reasons for this) I wouldn't hold the NRL/Aussie RL up as some kind of beacon for the game, they are terribly insular and don't look past the State of Origin competition, look how they treat the international game, the think it's below them.

Whilst we’ve obviously been not good enough this season, I think that shows the drawbacks of the current system.
In a 12 team league I don’t think the 9th places team should be in danger of relegation.

I think they should strip them of the preceding season's points as it was obviously an aberration.

The NRL clubs are spread far and wide, clubs will fly out to games several times a year when travelling between Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Townsville. None of those journeys are a short drive like the majority of m62 clubs we have.
In fact the NRL was originally a Sydney league, so North Queensland, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and New Zealand Warriors are all expansion clubs. The PNG Hunters also play in the Queensland Cup and a Fiji based team are set to be added to the New South Wales Cup.
Perhaps try watching this weeks RugbyAM as the episode is based in the city of Toronto to see what they have to offer. It’s on tonight at 5pm and repeated at various times.

Taken from Wikipedia
New Zealand is part of the microcontinent named Zealandia, therefore, strictly speaking it is not part of the seven continents.
While New Zealand is near the continent of Australia, it is not part of it.
Seriously though I doubt they would with Toronto or Jacksonville, however if rugby league became super popular in South Africa I could see a club being excepted.
