Watching it today as a neutral that is what struck me the most. But in my opinion that is one of the easiest things for a good coach to rectify and that will lead to an improvement in all the other aspects.

We've got to learn to walk before we can run. Concentrate on doing the basics right, especially in defence, and use pressure to create points if we con't do it with skill. I think we should stay up, but we now have the definitive answer to our problems this year - our squad is rubbish.

You should win this game but players haven't been playing to their potential for some time. On paper you should win every game. On paper...

Just doing the basics in defence would be a huge improvement. That's not down to skill but attitude. Some of the attempts at tackling was pathetic. That should be the priority for the rest of the season. There is enough skill in attack to get over the line against the teams in the middles.

We should not underestimate Toulouse Olympique, if we lose this one maybe its finally time to wake up and smell the coffee !!!

The attempted tackle by Moon and Ferres on Lineham was utterly pathetic and shouldn't be happening at any Super League club

There's x2 of the senior players who basically couldn't care less.

Ferres has been a massive, massive bust.

If you're looking for a new halfback you can do a lot worse than Jon Ford the Toulouse half.
Keep an eye out for him this weekend, pretty much any decent attacking play Toulouse put on will be a result of his involvement, he's a very classy player who could easily make the step up to SL imo.

And Handley/Sutcliffe(?) 'Attempt' to stop BMM was under 8s standard. Then kevin brown stepping over with 3 around him on the line. There were a couple of other examples that led to scores or breaks. These are not down to ability but more desire and application.

Defence is 10% application, 90% perspiration... Ours is currently lacking in both areas.

I think you could visibly tell that Peacock was utterly unimpressed/annoyed by Leeds lack of effort and desire yesterday, for a player who gave every last bit of himself for us it must be disappointing to see how were going about our business lately.
