I suspect morale is far from great judging by the way quite a few refs have quit recently . Complaints of bullying culture. Care to comment Mr Ganson ?? no thought not.

Do you not think that part of the problem could also be the way that all refs are treated at the grounds - the referee's a w*nker etc - the way they are pilloried on social media & fan's fora such as this & how they are analysed ad nauseam on tv?
Why would anyone in their right mind want to put up with all the rubbish thrown at them?
We all need to remember that without a ref we can't have a game.

If Houghton is back could see the Leeds pack getting steamrollered here. Thought Leeds again put plenty of effort in v wire but struggled to contain their pack and wire kicking game was excellent.
