Our loss to Hull KR was more embarrassing than this but the reaction on here wasnt as bad imo.
I know Cas like to think this is a big derby, but I would much rather beat Wigan or Saints than Cas
For me the only proper derby rivalry Leeds have is with Bradford, but am I in the minority thinking this?'"
Cash for me has always been the derby game. Bradford only recently came into it when they were doing well late 90 early 00. But I don't think that's why the result is taken badly cars are 8th and in reality that loss confirmed our participation in the middle 8.
I perversely quite enjoyed myself at HQ last night when concentrating on Cas they played well with commitment and enjoyed watching them.

| Because Leeds were dire last night shouldn't take anything away from Cas who put in a tremendous almost error free performance in all aspects of the game. In Gale and Dorn they had heads up decision makers that read the game and made the plays and in Junior Moors and Solomona they had players capable of match winning brilliance. Well done Cas.

Ah yes the glory years of the 90s, I remember how many trophies we won
Our biggest derby was probably Hunslet if you go back far enough mate

You should be careful what you wish for, a Leeds Bradford derby might be neare than you could have imagined.'"
I have been season ticket holder for the past 20 years, obviously just a glory supporter ey?
You think Bradford will get promoted?

I don't care whether you think Cas are important or not, whoever we were playing last night that was garbage. That's why people are taking it badly.'"
I know its a terrible result, its just a lot of posts were pointing to the fact that it was cas as it being extra bad.
Cas are decent team, one that we probably should be beating even with men out, but for me they have the best halfback in the league.
A few years a go Wigan put 50 past us when they had quite a few injured and banned and we were close to full strength, for me that was miles more humiliating, although granted at that point we were about 5th/6th iirc

| the answer to that question is, all those people at the scoreboard end, they were the ones smiling at the end, along with many in the main stand and myself in the carnegie stand sat with my loiner loving relatives. gosh how i've loved this last 12 months. As with the previous 3 consecutive matches against our more illustrious neighbours i stayed at the end to see the cup presented, after all this is our cup final. one thing brian will leave the fans as his legacy will be 'how to be gracious in defeat', along with a few trophies.
as for your comment mr potatoes, it would seem the fact that cas took a following to leeds almost the equivalent of a wildcats home crowd suggests your comments might be slightly flawed. but by default your team have now become our main rivals as leeds it would seem prefer to play the bulls.

"Half way through"? You're being rather generous. We were fukked long before that: after the first match of the season to be precise.
