Weren't there comments on here last week that with McGuire, Hardaker and Cuthbertson Leeds win that game (easily?), well with two thirds of those mentioned available again it appears Huddersfield won more comfortably.

Last week in the League game Phil Clarke remarked that it was good to see Leeds still trying to throw the ball around but a bit less of that is probably what Leeds need to be doing at present, complete some sets, kick and chase hard, build some pressure.

We are clueless - no matter how many injuries - we have no game plan & no tactics - that is down to the coach.
We play a team 2 weeks running, who have the best kicker in the game on his day - & we never went near him. Nobody given the job to " knock him about " - all down to a clueless coach. They nearly decapitated our young full back - all we got was a penalty - sometimes you have to play ugly - you need some tactics.
Example 2 - any coach who picks a spineless/ useless & gutless forward like Aichurch does not have a brain.
Example 3 - our new planned move from a tap penalty - a centre takes it & runs sideways - another master stroke from our coach.
I could go on, but at a time , when the team needs structure, we have none.
Get rid now & start planning for next season , before all the decent players get signed up & we are left with the dregs - eg. our current hooker.

He's right. Get a grip. All the bleeding trophies we've won in recent times. Including THREE last year. And some of you are acting like spoilt brats.

Our team is sh-te this year. We all know that. But given all the recent success I think we can live with one dire season can't we? I'm sure we will be back contending next year.

Well said, at Hull we win one trophy a decade and that is when we are going well. I blame the millennials who only know about a winning Rhino's side.

I actually went into the season not expecting anything but we have exceeded my expectations. It's not really the results that's a worry it's the performances that are being put in that are a worry.

It's a different situation you weren't this bad and that far off. And I personally would trust smith a lot more than McDermott to turn things around. It all seems a bit stale at Leeds and would welcome a fresh voice with fresh ideas,

Exactly. I said before season, we would go ok in the league, but would lose all the big matches, due to the halfs and no leader. We are miles behind my expectations, and the expectations of any sane person for a club as big as this, and on the back of being champions.

The problem is how bad we are. And anyone who thinks, without the changes being demanded here, that next season will not follow the same path, is quite deluded. Yes, we won't get relegated, but is that really the highlight of people's ambitions?

There's a lot of misconception about the actual points being made mostly by fans of other clubs but also some of our own.
I dont think anyone has the attitude that demands to win every game & every trophy going or even expects it.
What is clear is that performances aren't where they should be individually or collectively irrespective of injuries.
The players blatantly aren't responding to the Coaches & the Coaches dont have the answer either throw in a few raw youngsters & the lack of quality recruitment the result is whats happening.
To move forward there have to be changes on & off the pitch imo that's not being spoilt that's a constructive view gauged from the season thus far.

Agreed mark.infact most fans said at the start of the year we could live with a trophyless year as long as the young lads got a chance and progressed and performance was up to scratch but that has clearly not been the case.

Also on Mcdermott. Its not a case of screaming for his head just the fact can you really see him at the club taking this group of players forward 2017 and beyond? i can't, i thought his time was coming to an end before the start of last year but given how that went you felt duty bound to keep shut on the matter.All he can do from here for me is hurt his legacy though.Sometimes the players just need a new voice and direction and it really seems that time has come.
