| Talk about taking one game at a time. Let's try and get the win against Wigan first, they'll be smarting but we owe them one after the last two Magic defeats. Then turn our attention to Wakefield with a timely reminder of our away trip to London in 2014.

| Surprised we haven't petitioned Wakefield to shift the game to Friday, same way Cas did with Hull KR and then subsequently the RFL.

| Wouldn't rest more than a couple unless there are genuine, knock-carrying reasons for doing so. How can it do anything other than convince those playing it'll be a doddle when half their erstwhile team-mates are given the day off?

| This weekends game is massive, beat Wiggin and the only team that can finish above us is Saints IMO. Wiggin have saints and wire and hudds away as well as LEeds at home for starters, we would have to have a major collapse if Wiggin are to finish above us if we beat them this week. Saints have some tough games as well, we have Cas, Hull, Salford, cats and SAints at home and WKey and WIggin away so can see us dropping three more games than WIggin.

| Wakefield will be targeting games too.
They have bigger games ahead they need to win. Beating Leeds won't be priority.
A confortable Leeds win whoever takes to the field.
Wakey fans I guess would rather beat Leigh a few weeks later than Leeds

| I seem to recall that we rested players last year against the Broncos, another game we couldn't lose & the Broncos were arguably even worse last year than Wakefield are this.
Disrespect the opposition at your peril.

There is of course a difference between resting player, and wholesale changes.

Amen to that.
Factor in that the new Wakefield coaching regime will be wanting something to cling onto and lift morale for the middle 8 games down the line then this could certainly be a little trickier than expected if we rest too many. I don't think we will anyway, yes the likes of Cuthbertson, Peacock and a couple of others if carrying knocks after Magic but thats it.

| * Peacock should be rested. We don't want him running out of juice later on in the Season. Mulhern into the 17.
* Cuthbertson should be rested. He is being flogged at the minute. Yates into the 17.
* Singleton & Kylie starting Props.

| It's a dozy thread really given the fact we haven't even played Wigan yet.

As previously stated, the topic is fantasy competition relevant, with regards to transfers remaining in May. I can't wait until after the Wigan game to make these changes as the competition is locked out until Monday 1st June.

| I wouldn't be resting players 'just because it's wakey' I'd be resting players bearing in mind the turn around before playing Cas on the Thursday.

| Quite a few are basing their team selection for Wakey on Leuluai being back in action but that's not a given. Also whilst I hope they'll be fine for this weekend against Wigan, both Delaney and JJB still obviously have hamstring concerns. We haven't exactly got plenty left spare to come in after those.
