Well he played his first game of the season the other week from the bench and was one of the better props on the field for the Warriors so with that performance from him I'd have expected him to be selected again, even if it was on the bench in order to get his 'match fitness' back gradually so the fact he wasn't playing this weekend leads me to believe he's had a reaction to his hamstring, just like JJB for us last week.
IMO this is probably why the rumour from down under is that he's only signed a 1 year deal with us as I'd imagine GH wants to get/see assurances about his fitness before committing himself to a 2/3 year deal on better terms |

Someone on here was going on about Mate Myles. He's signed for Manly for 3 years, but we were never going to sign a current international/origin player with that much time left on the clock.

He's on a ridiculously big contract as well, I doubt we could've afforded him even with the marquee exemption. Kade Snowden maybe a more realistic target if he's still OOC if we're going for an origin prop.

I would like us to take a risk on a player like Wellington Albert. He's on Penriths books but I believe yet to play 1st grade. Looked very handy for PNG against Fiji plus he's a prop who can also cover on the wing.

It's yet to be confirmed so I'm not taking his word for that. We've see. Nothing printed about him going to Huddersfield and I've just checked and still nothing, we've seen 3 articles, one even from Fox which say he's heading to us.... Still hoping
