| Reed and Hall had a great understanding in 2011. With those two on the left and the sheer pace on the other side in Watkins and Charnley, we've got a pretty good balance in the three quarters.

| I actually think we have the players to beat the Aussies and Kiwis. The problem is our execution. You watch those two teams play and it's at pace and accurate. We can look disjointed and like they haven't had much time to prepare. Fingers crossed the training camps pay off

Ratchford has definitely been pushing. Good footballer, but looks best at FB for me and there is tough competition there.
Chase has great stats and really takes advantage of the space you get at SL level sometimes. However, I don't think his game is suited to the claustrophobic defence at international level.
Looks like for the first time in a long while we actually have some options, there have been several good teams posted so far, yours included.

| I include Ratchford because he can play centres, halfback and fullback, even slip in at hooker at a push, an injury during the game and you slip a 2nd row into centres and move him accordingly.
I know this is the Leeds board so i expect comeback but Sinfield is never an international halfback in a month of sundays, his best performances have been at hooker or with O'Loughlin missing put him at 13. I know he's played it for you guys most of the season but he's never done anything special at HB for England, and it's the 'for England' bit that's important.
He has to play, he's the greatest Captain this country will see in a very long time but he has to be in the pack for me.

| Im begining to come round to your way of thinking regards sinfield at half back for england.trouble is now, with Widdop injured and brough cast aside it really only leaves chase.if i was mcnamara right now i would be considering sinfield at 9 and maybe moving tomkins into the halves and playing either ratchford or hardaker at full back.good thing is he has plenty of options for once but i still expect the spine of tomkins, sinfield, chase and roby come the WC.

Not a chance. He was at a supporters club meeting with us a couple of weeks ago and has zero interest. Plus he's deliberately booked a holiday so he misses the first England game.

| Stick Sinfield at dummy half and your kicking game completely disappears. None of the other options at 6 or 7 can match his ability to find space or accuracy of attacking kicks.

| This is the best england team we've had in super league. Decent options in every position. Halfback is probably the weaker area.

what about sinny not being at dummy half on the last play of the set?
i would have sinny and myler interchanging throughout the game at dummy half

| Will widdop be fit? I'd llike to see him at 6 with sinfield. Sinfield can do what he does for leeds, widdop can do what he does for melbourne.
Lunt and roby should rotate at hooker.
