and then Ward on the bench who I think will still be used in the same role as last year of second row subsitute and then Clarkson waiting in the wings. I do expect Achurch to end up fighting for a prop position with the ability to switch to back-row if need be for injuries.
I think the fowards/bench will look like this at the start of the year (injuries permitting)
8 - Leuluai
9 - Burrow
10 - Peacock
11 - JJB
12 - Delaney
13 - Ablett
14 - Ward
15 - Kirke
16 - Bailey
17 - McShane
The question mark is over the final bench spot and whether or not McDermott goes for a hooker or another big guy.........yes I know that sounds wrong. ![]()
I would expect Ward to certainly feature but isnt he going to miss the first few weeks due to the injury?
I would also expect Achurch to be somewhere in the 17.I do hope McShane gets more of a look in this season.
