Well, if that ain't a kick in the collective nuts for all those sanctimonious, thatcherite bottom-wipes who've made sundry disparaging remarks over your lack of employment over the years and pontificated that you should be sweeping the streets or flipping burgers at maccas and be bloody thankful for it as well. Of course, the supreme irony being that those disparaging remarks came mainly from those who spend inordinate amounts of time telling anyone who might listen just how important they are, how important their cosy little sinecure is whilst spending even longer amounts of time logged into rlfans at work, bludging a wage and producing nothing of value. They've never done a hard days work in their lives and they've certainly never done anything that benefits anyone else apart from themselves and their immediate family.

To be fair though, at least some of this has to be about getting kids something they can get involved with. That alone looks better to me when I look at job applications than just sitting around waiting for things to happen. I agree that these kids are going to need some guidance on content if it really is going t enhance their career prospects, but surely it's better to be involved in this sort of project than sit around getting bored and depressed doing nothing?
