Tad has an absolute right to be outraged about this. As ridiculous as it may sound, sports fans in stadiums up and down the country are very protective about where they sit. It was only the other day I came across a bloke who’s sat in the same seat for Elland Road home matches for 28 years. Try telling him that he can’t sit where he usually sits if Leeds United ever get into Europe again.

Personally I don’t mind where I watch the game as long as I get to watch the game. But this doesn’t mean that it’s the same for everyone and that’s got to be respected. Especially when an individual has put in time and money into watching the game from a certain part of the stadium.

But season ticket holders do have a priority on non-SL tickets, they can get them before the general public do.

And as I said, no doubt Wigan had the same or more allocation of tickets given over to the RFL but Wigan have 25,000 seats whereas Leeds have about 6,000? seats.

But the reason you get a seat is to get priority on it.

has anyone one thought that the rules may have changed from last year to this year? Could be that simple. There are far fewer seats available this year and the RFL usually have a large bank of them sectioned off for corporate guests. So that means there has to be a shuffle around.

Lets not forget Wigan is an all seater and a lot of the better seats there will have already been corporate seats for Wigan matches. You cant make the corporate guests stand up on the western terrace!

Spot on wheels! And can I point out the corporate side sells out most home games and they never need our seats. A season ticket holder has bought our seats

Yes Wigan do, but it is only two stands that are reserved seating at Wigan (East and West) The North and South are unreserved as you would know if you have been to Wigan. To not give the Leeds fans the "option" of claiming their own seats is wrong.

When I get really old and can no longer stand up for 80 minutes then I'll start to sympathise with you tad mate

I was away so never bothered to check but as that was an england game not a leeds game so i wouldn't have thought so

At the end of the day the vast majority of the crowd will be made up of Leeds supporters - they are the people who need to be looked after - who cares whether the WAGS get a seat!!
