I thought only one player per club was allowed this dispensation (Sinfield?), and that it is not 50% of wages either, more like an extra £50k. But I may be wrong.

Very happy to see that Keith Senior is leaving Leeds though. Very good player in his prime but has been well out of his depth for a year or so now. There's no room for sentiment in sport.

GH is not being consistent in his sentimental style of contract management considering the recent decisions to extend the contracts for 2 other players whose best years are also behind them and another who has been lucky to boast several winners medals. I can only guess that a new centre has been lined up for next season.
