If you want to completely kill youth development and opportunity get Noble in - he is the laziest coach out there. He doesn't want to be bothered with taking young players and developing them he wants that done for him in the NRL.
At Wigan the rumour was he only took training two days a week!!

Noble was a very hard working coach at Wigan, and is one of the few first team coaches you ever see at home and away academy games.
Who do you think gave Joel and Sam Tomkins, Paul Prescott, Harrison Hansen, Darrel Goulding,
Shaun Ainscough, Eamonn O'Carroll. Mike McIlorum their chances? |

After the wretched McDermott & Lowes combo, and Peter Fox from a generation ago, I think that's the end of experimenting with coaches who have strong Bradford connections.
