I've been sat here for about 10 minutes thinking about the positives we could take from Saturday's game - still thinking!

I looked at some really (really) nice Cake and didn't try it

How is not eating cake a positive? Sounds more like a tick in the negative column if you ask me.

(stricly speaking the Cake was after the game, I just thought you meant Saturday in general, Oh it was White Chocolate & Strawberry cake)

I didn't have any cake on Saturday or even see any cake - all in all a cakeless and disappointing day.

BJB and Watkins have looked good so far
Sinfield has been inspirational
JJB continues to give 100% in any position for the club and his 1st up man & ball tackiling is superb
Senior never stays quiet for too many games and will hit the strap very soon
Burrows tackling is still copybook and is trying to create & implement the game plan
Burgess has been very impressive
Delaney looked at his best in the 2nd row last week
Abletts is a class act albeit underated
Webb played injured and im sure Superman mode will recommence in a couple of weeks
Lee Smith justs need a run of games in any position
Buderus has quality,experience and respect.
Kirke is workmanlike as always.A quality every team has ,especially in the super league era.
Weller is still finding his way in a new team.
Clarkson is a great prospect who will continue to improve
Cross will channel his energy into being the player who represented NRL clubs with hard,tough yards and tackles
Hall is still in the top 3 finishers
Ali is getting more game time and looks fitter than his previous 2 years
(have i forgotten anything,........Oh coaches.....in a few more games players will understand totally the new game plan and respond accordingly ( )because one thing is certain , GH ( )will not stand for mediocre standings or drop in crowd attendances when he/us /the team are used to such good/profitable times)

And lets not forgetting the players who are out.
Bailey will come in and disrupt the opposition and take workload off others
Leuluia will do likewise while retaining his improved workrate
AND............ if we can compete with teams and stay around 4th/5th or even 6th when Mcguire and Peacock return then we will be the only team who have 2 world class players coming into the side mid season.Please remember that Mcguire was far and away the best stand off in the comp last year and Peacock is in the top 3 leaders in the whole league.
Ali came in mid season in 2004 to kick us on and maybe these two will do the same!!!!

BTW i think we'll finish 4 th or 5 th as its not the best side we've ever had or the best signings brought in but you got to believe we can do it or we're just.................BRADFORD!!!

Well over half of the SL clubs are crap and are not genuine competition.

That means no matter how crap Leeds are this season, they'll still qualify for the play-off's.

Worst case scenario = 5th or 6th.

Oo... oo... I've just thought of a positive... if they carry on playing like we did on Saturday I'll save a fortune on not attending Challenge Cup games, play off's, the GF and all the commemorative shirts that go with a successful team.

Leeds only have one gear, and thats GO!!!

Positives so far - Still on course for a Play-Off place and making the last 32 of the Challenge Cup.
